KING TUT’S NEW YEAR’S REVOLUTION IS BACK

ANNUAL FESTIVAL SHOWCASING THE VERY BEST OF SCOTTISH GRASSROOTS MUSIC RETURNS FROM 2ND TO 31ST JANUARY 2026

Throughout the month of January, King Tut’s will welcome some of Scotland’s best home-grown acts to its stage. Every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday in January 2026, fans can discover up-and-coming artists in the iconic intimate 300-capacity venue, witnessing stars in the making and discovering new favourites.

Since opening its doors in 1990, King Tut’s has hosted emerging talent on its stage, helping shape Scotland’s live music scene and nurturing many acts who have gone on to achieve international success. The venue prides itself as a launchpad for introducing Scottish talent to the world with previous New Years Revolution lineups including Lewis Capaldi, Bemz and Fatherson.

The January 2026 festival will build on this legacy, bringing together rising artists and music fans in a month-long celebration of grassroots music. Over 80 artists will be performing, showcasing a range of genres including indie, pop and rock. Some of the headliners billed for the newest addition of the festival include the energetic and emotive Diva Down, Glaswegian rockers Stratus, the captivating Brodie Barclay and the ever-entertaining Juan Laforet. Also set to play are Val Mavis, Ewan Mckenna, Comfort Girl and Carmen, plus many, many more.

This festival is an incredible opportunity to see the next wave of outstanding Scottish artists all under one roof. With a single Golden Ticket, fans can enjoy access to the entire lineup, offering unbeatable value for money. The full lineup will be announced soon, and tickets will be available from 10am on Wednesday 12th November via www.kingtuts.co.uk
