Glasgow’s indie‑pop‑rock firebrands Lemon Drink are a four‑piece known for their sharp wit, dreamy distortion and high‑voltage live energy. Their latest single Patsy Kensit channels the woozy romanticism of Suck It And See‑era Arctic Monkeys, marking a bold, confident step forward in their sound: expansive, melodic and unmistakably Lemon Drink.

Formed in 2018 over a shared love of angry‑girl anthems, sweaty basement gigs and amaretto sours, the band quickly built a reputation for scrappy, vivacious performances. Their tenacity has seen them support Carla J. Easton, Cloth, Lazy Day, Our Girl and Poster Paints, Liverpool Sound City alongside headlining Glasgow’s iconic King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut.

Their debut EP Better Run earned airplay on BBC Radio Scotland, Amazing Radio and RAPAL, while follow‑up single Demon Child secured Spotify playlisting and expanded their audience. A sync with Visit Glasgow further boosted their profile, and with Patsy Kensit and a new EP on the horizon, Lemon Drink are gearing up for their next chapter.

Expect distortion and vulnerability, deadpan humour and cathartic release, a band built for the stage, and one of Scotland’s most exciting emerging acts.
