King Tut’s Summer Nights sees the iconic Glasgow music venue bring you the very best of grassroots music over three weeks in July 2018. Now in its seventh year, the festival runs from 12th - 28th July and will see fans flock to “Britain’s Best Small Venue” to hear the best new sounds from Scotland. Summer Nights promises to bring you the freshest, coolest new music to ease the heat of those balmy Glasgow summer evenings.
More than 60 acts across 15 nights will take to the stage of the iconic King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut meaning that each evening will be packed full of musical treats; a headline act supported by three bands and a venue DJ every night with an aftershow party every Friday and Saturday in the bar. The festival guarantees to offer music lovers a preview of the next big thing. Some of the names to watch are Vistas, LUCIA, Retro Video Club, Shambolics, The Little Kicks, Stephanie Cheape, and Mark Sharp & The Bicycle Thieves among many others all set to do huge things in the live music scene in 2018.
The legendary ‘Golden Ticket’ returns for those King Tut’s revolutionaries who want to go to a few or even every gig. The Golden Tickets are available for £25 (until Thursday 17th May when this will increase to £40) and allow entry to the full festival. Gig goers can enjoy some mouth-watering food from Paleo Canteen at King Tut's throughout the festival so make sure you pop in before the show for a bite to eat.
King Tut’s Summer Nights is perfect for fans of fresh, new music and comes with a guarantee that music fans will uncover their new favourite band over the course of the Festival.
