Looking at the subject of human mortality from a sometimes comical, often satirical and always dry point of view, we see life through the lense of “Last Boy” - the solo outfit of Haydn Park-Patterson of The Ninth Wave.  Last Boy’s modern-day poetry tells a myriad of stories of life in 2022 and follows in the footsteps of predecessors John Cooper Clarke, Edgar Allen Poe and filmmaker Gregg Araki. Haydn conveys all of this with a night of his own songs including “Whyd’yenever”, “There Must Be Something Better than this” and upcoming E.P. title track “Coffin Fit” at King Tuts on Sunday the 28th of August.
